"Since this is a new chapter in the Silent Hill saga, sculptures must be original works and not based off of existing characters or creature designs (ex. no Pyramid Head or Harry Mason). The most ideal submissions will be hellishly original designs players would want to see in Silent Hill: Downpour. KONAMI will hand-select the top six submissions and post for public voting on Silent Hill's Facebook page on February 10, 2011, and will conclude on February 16, 2011 when the top three contenders will be revealed."

About the game:
Staying true to the franchise's original roots, Silent Hill: Downpour returns with another third-person horror experience and an all-new thought provoking storyline. The game begins after a prison transport vehicle careens off the road and leaves lone inmate Murphy Pendleton stranded in Silent Hill. Gamers must conquer mind-bending puzzles, horrific creatures and otherworld terrors using everyday objects from wooden chairs to glass bottles. In addition to the main storyline, players will also be presented with variable side quests and unknown evils that can change depending on their play style. Throughout the game, players will unravel a dark, thought-provoking storyline that will appeal to fans of the classic Silent Hill series and psychological horror.

HA... It's a game inside my wish list, finally got it at the lowest pricing of paid apps. I was just surprised when I browsing the games in the iTunes store, and saw this game is selling at $0.99. The normal price was $3.99, the price has been discounted to $2.99 during the Christmas holiday. And now... discount for Chinese New Year maybe?

Anyway, this game has a very high ratings from the customers, and it's also one of the top iPhone/iPod games on GameFAQs. Definitely worth for me, since... my dream is to become a game developer :p

Angry Birds is one of the most popular games on iPhone/iPod, with over 50 million downloads across all platforms. I'm gonna explain a bit for those who don't understand the meaning. The story is about the Angry Birds are attacking the Pigs to retrieve their eggs that have been stolen by the Pigs. The ability of the White Bird is throwing an explosive egg... "isn't the whole reason we're doing this to SAVE eggs?"

There will be a New Super Mario Bros. for 3DS

Mr. Miyamoto essentially announcing his plans for the next potentially big Mario game, telling his boss Satoru Iwata he will "insatiably" adopt the latest video game technology, SMB-style.

From the latest Iwata Asks Q&A:

Miyamoto:
Yes. So, in the interests of adopting new technology for the Super Mario Bros. tradition, I am now making a new Super Mario Bros. game for the Nintendo 3DS system.

Iwata:
The next stage for the Super Mario Bros. Preservation Society's activities is the Nintendo 3DS.

Miyamoto:
Yes. (laughs) I want to show everyone as soon as possible what the new Super Mario Bros. will be like on the Nintendo 3DS.

Miyamoto previously spoke on the possibility of a new Super Mario Bros. game for the 3DS, saying he'd like to explore a 3D take on Super Mario World, originally released on the Super Nintendo. New Super Mario World!

Daigo's stunning moves 2010

Daigo Umehara (梅原 大吾), known as "Daigo" or "The Beast" in the west, he is the most famous and the greatest Street Fighter player who holds the Guinness World Records of "the most successful player in major tournaments of Street Fighter".

Previously he used Ryu as his SSIV and SSFIV main character, and some times Guile and Ken. Hence the Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition is released, he has switched his main character to Yun, so we might not able to see his Ryu, Guile action anymore in the future events.

This is collection video for some of his best and stunning moves from several Super Street Fighter IV tournaments in year 2010, salute the Beast's contribution... Well, I'm lack of video editing skill, the video's sound is out of sync especially at the back, I apologize with my bad, but I hope you guys still enjoying it.

Additionally, Daigo has a message for his 2011 activity:

"Although I am eager to accept a challenge from any part of the world, recently I have decided to be more selective in the events I attend. Although I have been very successful, competing in so many tournaments around the world meant too much time in airplanes and hotels, and not enough time practicing. Since the competition on Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition will be primarily focused in Japan for the near future, and in order to prepare for the new challenges in 2011, I will focus my attention here until the largest international events begin in the summer." - Daigo Umehara
